Leadership induction workshop for senior leaders of the University of Dar es Salaam

As part of our longstanding commitment to advancing higher education and fostering leadership excellence, Mbeya Cement was honored to participate in the Leadership Induction Workshop for Senior Leaders of the University of Dar es Salaam, held in June 2025. This meaningful engagement marked another milestone in our collaborative efforts to bridge the gap between academia and industry. Our CEO, Mr. Ahmed Mhada, was invited as a keynote speaker, where he shared the inspiring and transformative journey of Mbeya Cement, highlighting the pivotal role of visionary leadership in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and sustainable impact.
